Registration Fees
Club soccer is more expensive to operate than the regular community league program. Parents should anticipate a greater financial and time commitment.

2010/11 Indoor Soccer Registration Fees

U-10 to U-18	$440.00 with payment options as follows:
	Option 1 - $440.00 cheque dated September 15, 2010
	Option 2 - $170.00 cheque dated September 15, 2010 $170.00 cheque dated October 1, 2010 $100.00 cheque dated October 15, 2010
	U-10 Players, new to Warriors, selected to a team receive a track suit at no cost! All players will receive shorts & socks
Requirements:
	Registration form
	$15.00 Tryout Fee - covers cost of facility rental & tryout t-shirts
	Separate cheque for registration
	Proof Of Age
	Community League Membership Number

Additional Team Registration Day requirements: Uniform Deposit Cheque for $100.00

If a player is selected and decides to play for the Warriors, their registration fee will be processed immediately. Players will not be eligible to play until their registrations fees are paid in full. If a player is not selected for a Warriors team, their registration cheque will be returned to them or destroyed. Cash payments will be refunded in full. Upon acceptance of a position on a Warriors team, there are no refunds.

Youth Facilities Waiver

To download a copy of the Youth Facilities waiver (which must be filled out and submitted prior to your child's participation in activities at any of the Edmonton Soccer Centers) click here. As with the Registration Form, all the required information can be entered via keyboard into the various text fields on the form. The form can then be printed out. Unfortunately, the completed form cannot be saved to your system. Requires the FREE Adobe Reader to view and fill out.
