The philosophy of the Warriors Soccer
Club is to foster all positive aspects of the game of soccer as well
as to enhance individual skills and combined team play. Within this philosophy,
the Club, at its conception, adopted the unique age-appropriate Tiering
System. As a club, we believe that the needs of the players and the consistency
of team and player development is best served with this system. Requests
for player movement cause division among players, parents, coaches, and
executive. We have, in the best interest of player and team development,
made a conscientious decision to always do what we thought best for players
and in the past sought our guidelines to achieve this goal. But experience
has taught us that to stray from our philosophy that our overall goals
will not be met.
Current age and tiering categories, for both male and female players, are:

Registration Fees
Club soccer is more expensive to operate than the regular community league
program. Parents should anticipate a greater financial and time commitment.

If a player is selected and
decides to play for the Raiders/Warriors, their registration fee
will be processed immediately.
Players will not be eligible to play until their registrations fees
are paid in full.
If a player is not selected for a Raiders/Warriors’
team, their registration cheque will be returned to them or destroyed.
Cash payments will be refunded in full.
If a player accepts a position on a Raiders/Warriors’ team
at the time they receive their letter of invitation, then notifies
the office at a later date prior to the season starting, that they
have changed their mind, the registration fee is refunded, less
a $100.00 processing fee.
If a player accepts a position on a Raiders/Warrior’s team
at the time they receive their letter of invitation, then notifies
the office after the season has started, that they have changed
their mind, the registration fee is not refunded.
