- For Registration related info (Fees, Age Category Chart & Requirements). Click Here, For your convenience, you can fill out a Club Registration Form online, print it out and drop it off at any of the Registration locations on the specified day and times. You will also be required to fill out a Youth Facilities Waiver Form for your child to participate
- Year of Birth Age Category - Tier 1, 2 & 3
- Under - 10 born in 2002 or 2003
- Under - 12 born in 2000 or 2001
- Under - 14 born in 1998 or 1999
- Under - 16 born in 1996 or 1997
- Under - 18 born in 1994 or 1995
